WELCOME TO INFERNO FITNESS!

The information on this page is for our NEW Members (have never attended until now) and for our VETERANS (returning members/continuing camp)!  If you do NOT read this, you will miss out on pertinent information pertaining to YOUR upcoming training experience, the gear/documents *required to bring to camp with you, and more!  Please read the following!

 

 

 

  • REQUIRED GEAR FOR CAMP: You will need a set of 3 lbs or 5 lbs DUMBBELLS, a mat, and weight lifting gloves for your hands for Boot Camp daily.  Please always keep these items in your car, ready to go and grab for your workouts at Inferno Fitness!  Bring these items on a DAILY basis. 

 

  • REQUIRED PAPERWORK (FITNESS WAIVER): Print it out, complete it in ink, then hand it to the staff on your first day of camp. Please CLICK HERE to get your form/fitness waiver.  (required) **Must bring this paperwork in with you completely filled out (2 pages) on your first day of camp!  You can NOT start camp without it!

 

  • INFERNO FITNESS BOOT CAMPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Please be sure that this program is something you can fully commit to.  If a situation arises that takes you more than 100 miles away (permanently) from the nearest Inferno Fitness location or if you become terminally ill or pregnant, under these circumstances, we will issue a refund with a Doctor's note and/or any documentation stating your move.

 

 

New Members:

  • RELAX! We know you may be a little nervous.  No need to be!  You are getting ready to meet the most amazing, encouraging, and supportive people in the world!  Your nervous jitters will come naturally, but don't let it overwhelm you to the point where it cripples you or it begins to create DOUBT in your mind. 

 

  • You are an adult!  You have gone through MUCH WORSE than this, right?  Come on now!  You've got this! It is TIME now to take charge of your fitness and to do it BIG like athletes do it, like celebrities do it. You've been TALKING about it for so long... so it's time to woman up and man up now and get ALL in there and DO IT!

 

  • No more talking, we're about action now! Simply look at this as a fantastic opportunity to achieve the best YOU that you can achieve.

 

  • Quitting won't get you there. Short cuts won't get you there. Commit yourself to showing up and giving 100% on a DAILY basis. Never get in your feelings, and ALWAYS get in your HUSTLE! Results will come with HARD WORK in the gym and HARD WORK in the kitchen! ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE A BEGINNNER. GREATNESS does not start off at the TOP.

 

  • You are going to have to work your way UP from the bottom! If you fall in camp, if you can't run, if you can't pick up the barbell, if you're not as fast as "others" - SO WHAT!  NO BIG DEAL! Your journey belongs to you and you alone!  NEVER compare yourself to others and trust the process!

 

  • The people you are gonna see to your left and right in camp who seem to have it so easy - got there by hard work and consistency.  Everyone has to start somewhere.  EVERYONE is a beginner at some point!  And YOU too will get that fast and strong as well!  DO YOUR BEST and have an AWESOME time in camp!  Open your heart, soul, spirit, and body to a new experience! 

 

  • You can do this! YOU believing in YOU is all that matters! You don't need your friends approval or thumbs up.  You don't need a HIGH FIVE from your buddies!  What you need is SELF LOVE and knowing that YOU are amazing!  Nobody can believe in you like you can!  Superman and Superwoman didn't need a team of people approving of them!  They know their capes will FLY because THEY are who they are!  Be your own SUPERHERO!  FLY forward!

 

  • Arrive 15 minutes EARLY on your first day of camp! 

 

  • Arrive 10 minutes EARLY each and every camp day after that!  It is very important that you try your best to arrive 10 minutes early for sessions on a DAILY basis.

Veterans/Returning Members:

  • Come on back with a NEW mind and NEW goals!  Don't get comfortable where you are!  Always push yourself to that next level!

 

  • If you have been at Inferno Fitness for more than 2 months, then you already know the kind of fortitude and FOCUS is required to reach your next dimension!

 

  • No slacking during the transition times, no slacking during the breaks. GET RIGHT TO IT! No time wasted at all! ONLY YOU can take your body there.

 

  • If you've been using 15 lbs weights all this time, it is now time to STEP IT UP to 20 lbs. Don't get comfortable and mediocre in your performance. Nothing great happens in a COMFORT zone! 

 

  • PUSH YOURSELF to the point where it hurts! Because you CAN! You have the mindset now... your body will follow!

 

  • Please be sure that you RESET and RESTOCK the kitchen and house with all the food and hydration you need for camp!  Being unprepared never gets results!

ALL MEMBERS:

Please be sure you have the gear necessary to have a SUPER SUCCESSFUL camp. NOT having your items and being unprepared ANY day of the week will lead to HALF the calories burned! Especially as it pertains to the required dumbbells.
  • REQUIRED DAILY GEAR IS:
  • A set of 3 lbs or 5 lbs dumbbells
  • If you are an extreme beginner, please get 3 lbs dumbbells
  • If you are intermediate/advanced/are already active - please get 5 lbs dumbbells
  • NOT kettlebells.  The shape matters.  Please get DUMBBELLS
  • Weight lifting gloves
  • A mat
  • A bottle of water daily
